Montolit Blockut Manual Paving Block Cutter

Blockut is a manual machine that, thanks to an innovative and patented kinematic mechanism, is able to develop several tons of power enough to “split” self-locking prestressed concrete up to 11 cm thickness.

The carbon steel frame shaped with laser technology guarantees strength and lightness while maintaining the overall weight of the machine at just 28Kg, the blades remain the heart of the machine. They are manufactured with technical steel subjected to heat treatment to increase hardness.

Blockut is immediately discernable by the construction technology. The base structure is not welded but totally bolted to guarantee equal strength as well as greater elasticity.

The operator can adjust the blades according to the thickness of the material, this movement is possible thanks to a modular knob.
The kinematic mechanism allows the repetitive cutting of paving block pieces even if they have slight differences in thickness.

The heavy-duty wheels are designed for moving even on uneven surfaces, while the innovative shape of the handle allows the operator to lift the machine with cranes or hoists in total safety.
