Raimondi Power Raizor MKII Multi Angle Cutting Unit 433PWRM2EUD

The POWER RAIZOR MKII multi-angle cutting unit is designed to be used with the RAIZOR MKII PLUS, RAIZOR MKII, and RAIZOR MTC rail cutters. However, it is not compatible with the first version of the RAIZOR rail (art. 433CR R). The device allows cuts at 90 (straight cut), 45 (mitre cut, though the actual angle is 47), and intermediate angles. To ensure precise cuts, the unit features four support wheels positioned near the diamond disc, providing stability and minimizing mechanical stress. Additionally, it has four more wheels for smooth sliding along an aluminium bar or rail.

The cutting unit offers a tilting plunge cut feature, which adjusts cutting depth and enables the creation of openings, square and rectangular holes, as well as multiple-step cuts. It is compatible with many popular models of electrical angle grinders and includes a die-cast aluminium blade guard for easy access.

The unit can be used dry as a standard product or wet when paired with an additional dust suppression water feed (Art. 433PWW A), and should be used with an angle grinder rated IP 54 or a cordless model. It is also equipped with a port for connecting a dust extractor. The maximum cutting depth is 20 mm at a 90 angle and 16 mm at a 45 angle. The package includes a turbo diamond disc ( 125 mm) and a user manual for operation and maintenance.
