Montolit BATTILONE Tile Thumping Suction Cup

Battilone is a battery-operated beating suction cup and is used in the installation of indoor and outdoor tiles and slabs; it replaces the traditional manual operation of air evacuation, avoiding problems due to improper distribution of adhesive on surfaces.

Battilone is designed to vibrate even state-of-the-art thickened tiles or slabs.

The adjustment of the beating frequency on 5 progressive levels (from 4,000 to 7,000) makes Battilone usable on tiles of different types or thicknesses, in particular, the intensity of the vibration generated by the powerful brushless motor and the large support surface are such that the air that is trapped between the substrate and tile is released even on thicknesses greater than 2 cm.

The suction cup, which is useful for micrometric positioning of the tile, is activated by means of a sturdy aluminium alloy lever and is made with a soft material that ensures maximum grip even on rough surfaces and leaves no trace on even the most delicate ceramics.

The grip handle can be swivelled to make it ergonomic and comfortable to use the beater both vertically and horizontally, Battilone comes with a polyamide plate to be placed between the suction cup and tile useful for transmitting vibrations even in corners near walls and increasing the vibrating surface.
